What began as my final year project is now part of the classroom. Since 2022, this protection test bench has been installed in the High Voltage Engineering (HVE) Laboratory at Bajaj Institute of Technology, Wardha, where about 60–75 undergraduate students use it every semester for hands-on fault simulation and relay experiments. Building something that helps the next generation of engineers learn by doing is the kind of work I want to keep creating.

Digital Document Library for HPCL-Nasik

I created a digital library for the documents we have at the HPCL Nasik LPG Bottling Plant. I built it while taking part in the plant's ISO and MDSA audits and reviewing the behaviour-based safety checklist, to keep everything organised in one place.

Why a digital library

A plant runs on documents: SOPs, audit records, safety checklists and training material. Keeping them in one organised place makes them easier to find and to keep up to date.

What it does

It groups the documents by category, lets you search by title, code or tag, and shows the details of each one, such as its version and date. The working model shows this idea with sample documents.

My part

I created the library for the documents at HPCL-Nasik while I was taking part in the plant's ISO and MDSA audits and reviewing the behaviour-based safety checklist.

VLSI Lab: from a single transistor to a whole chip

A small interactive lab about the field behind every processor. Play with logic gates and a CMOS inverter, follow a chip through the design flow from the first specification to the packaged part, and explore the layers of the building blocks, flat or exploded. Then open Chip layout: a MacBook-style window with adders, a multiplier, a comparator, an SRAM and its six periphery blocks, each shown as a circuit, a layout and code.
